THE SYSTEM FABRIC

T.S.F. combines a group of different technical fabrics that work together as a 3-layer principle.
Excellent as a 3rd layer for protection against wind and weather.
The membranes are made of polyurethane and have microscopic pores that allow water vapor to pass through but block water in liquid form. This improves comfort, excess body moisture can escape outwards through the membrane, while rain, for example, cannot penetrate inwards. The membranes are attached to the outside with a very strong nylon fabric, Taslan. This type of nylon is particularly resistant to wear and tear and is therefore suitable for many outdoor activities.
Waterproof up to 10,000mm, in relation a heavy downpour has about 1,000mm. Air permeability up to 10,000g/day. These data have been confirmed by an impartial technological institute. Oeko-Tex 100 certified parts.

GENERAL RULES
After use, always store the garments in a dry and airy place, never store them damp. Mould stains and even mildew could form and this will automatically shorten the life of the product.
Follow the care instructions on the labels! Light soiling on the outside can often be removed with a damp cloth and under running water. Close all zippers and Velcro fasteners before washing. All products should be washed without spinning. Use detergents suitable for membrane garments and wash on a suitable wash program. We recommend Grangers Performance Wash. Please follow the dosage instructions. If necessary, rinse again with a rinse program afterwards. Do not use fabric softener and/or bleach, as these can damage the function of the membrane and the fibers. Hang the garment to dry immediately after washing.

IMPREGNATION OF MEMBRANE / WATERPROOF CLOTHING
Re-impregnate from time to time. Special sprays that are sprayed directly onto the outer surface are recommended for refreshing the impregnation. The exact instructions for this can be found on the bottle of impregnation spray. Please do not use wash-in impregnation. ZIPPER CARE
Dirt or salt particles also settle on the slider and the zippers, which can impair functionality. If the slider cannot be opened or closed smoothly, the teeth of the zipper and/or the slider may be damaged. At the first signs of impaired function (the zipper is difficult to open and close, signs of corrosion on the slider), we recommend using a lubricating spray or gel. We recommend Gear Aid products for this purpose. After application, carefully pull the slider up and down several times to allow the lubricant to work and the slider to function smoothly again.
