The most important tip for extending the life of a wader is to dry your waders. It is important to dry out your waders after each use. We recommend drying the inside first and then the outside. When you dry the outside, you can pull your gravel guards up until the feet are dry and then fold them down to dry the rest of the waders
WASHING
Use a front-loading machine or hand wash. Use cold water and regular detergent that does not contain bleach. After you wash the waders, make sure you dry them properly. Dry the inside first. Never put your waders in the dryer as the heat will affect the seam tape of your waders and void your warranty.
FIT:
Proper fit goes a long way toward extending the life of your waders. Use accurate body measurements when determining your size, as Simms has already provided additional allowance for layering and movement within the size matrix.
GENERAL CARE
Do not store your waders in your car for extended periods of time, as excessive heat can cause damage to your waders.
USE A MAT
Always put on your waders with a protective mat to protect your neoprene feet from rocks.
PROPER STORAGE
Do not wear jeans under your waders. Jeans are a heavy abrasion on your waders from the inside out. In addition, cotton pants such as jeans and sweatpants do not wick moisture from the
