Speciality:
Big game fishing with a focus on blue marlin. I do this on the one hand as a "charter boat captain" on my boat "Habitat" in the Azores, on the other hand as a crew or "tournament angler" in various "Marlin" destinations.
In my "off season" I focus on freshwater fishing for salmonids with the fly rod, but also on carp, catfish and pike fishing.
Motto:
Can’t catch em sitting at the dock.
True to this motto, I try to spend every free minute by the water, because time and patience can often be the decisive factor for success.
This combined with the optimal environment (crew, fishing colleagues, charter customer), experience and high-quality equipment characterizes my fishing.
Travel and Surroundings:
My season is in the Azores from July to October, otherwise regular trips to Hawaii, Mauritius and Central America.
In Austria I fish the Mur and Mürz intensively, as well as some Carinthian lakes.
