"For as long as I can remember I've always been interested in the underwater world. Back then it was documentaries that I watched with my dad. Active on the water with a rod , I've been since 1995. Two schoolmates showed me how to fish back then. Since then I've been passionate about the most beautiful hobby in the world and can't imagine life without a fishing rod."

Speciality:
Unlike many of my teammates, I've never specialized in one type of fishing. I just love the diversity of fishing too much for that. I fish for non-predatory fish as well as for predatory fish, at sea or occasionally with a fly rod.
Whether from the boat or from the bank, I have a lot of fun with all fishing techniques, whether it's a high-end rod or a simple hand line... It's fun to adapt techniques and try elsewhere. I also love going fishing with other anglers so I can always learn something new.

It's not the size of the catch that matters, it's more the precious time I spend in nature and by the water. I enjoy this to the fullest.
Just looking for a new "Personal Best" is something I put behind me a long time ago, for me it destroys the special magic of fishing. That's why I lose I also have an eye for the nature that surrounds me. And even smaller fish on the light device are great fun.
And if a particularly large specimen does get in, I'm doubly happy.
Travel and surrounding:
I love to travel the world with my fishing rod. I have caught over 30 different species of fish in over 19 different countries. And that's not supposed to be all...
I have been living in France since 2021 and have many exciting bodies of water to explore here.

The advantages of Geoff Anderson clothes when fishing:
As Grandma used to say, “There's no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothes.”
I'm still relatively young on the team, but I'm already a huge fan of the apparel. The most important thing for me is that my fishing clothing is functional, breathable, windproof and waterproof. And of course warm in winter.
My favorite product
I love the Boot Merino socks and the cozy Thermal Combie in winter. But I also really like the Barbarus 2 combo in the great lapwing design.
